															Andrew Bowyer
Founder + CEO - ADB Insights
Andrew Bowyer is the Founder and CEO of ADB Insights, the organization behind global forums and programs on Legal Innovation, Critical Minerals, and Energy. These platforms convene senior leaders, policymakers, and industry experts in both live and virtual settings, creating spaces where business and innovation meet.
ADB Insights is recognized as the gold standard for producing thought leadership content and high-impact programs. We focus on building platforms that connect ideas with action and transform industry challenges into opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Based in Toronto, Andrew spent the first 13 years of his career in London and New York in various, globally focused roles with the Financial Times, Bloomberg and a strategy consulting firm. He returned to Canada to start ADBI in 2018.
 
															Jacquie Rankin
Business Development Manager
Jacquie is a Business Development Manager at ADB Insights where she connects clients with our audiences through in-person events, workshops, webinars and round tables.
With a reputation for fostering strong client relationships and delivering impactful solutions tailored to the needs of her clients, Jacquie develops innovative marketing strategies, and identifies opportunities to amplify market reach. Grounded in a professional philosophy rooted in integrity, she thrives on creating meaningful partnerships that drive business success.
With over 25 years of experience in B2B media sales and sponsorship, most recently at Canadian Lawyer and Lexpert magazine + digital, Jacquie’s exceptional interpersonal skills and dedication to client collaboration have been instrumental in advancing individual client goals, as well as her career.
 
															Gad Amar
Business Development Specialist
Gad Amar is a Business Development Specialist at ADB Insights and The Legal Innovation Forum, where he builds partnerships, fosters community engagement, and drives growth across the legal and professional services sectors.
With experience in enterprise software, AI, and professional services, Gad takes a consultative, relationship-driven approach to connecting industry leaders with innovative opportunities. He is passionate about helping organizations navigate change and adopt forward-thinking strategies in an evolving legal and business landscape.
 
															Jes Watson
Director of Editorial, Marketing + Operations
Jes Watson is the Director of Operations, Marketing, and Editorial at ADB Insights, where she leads strategy, communications, and event execution. With a focus on connecting leaders across law, finance, and technology, Jes combines operational acumen with a deep understanding of content and audience engagement, crafting cohesive narratives that elevate brands and spark meaningful dialogue.
Before joining ADB Insights, Jes built a multifaceted career in media, journalism, and advertising, serving as Editor-in-Chief of Canadian Living and as an Executive Producer at Corus Entertainment. She has led creative teams, shaped national campaigns, and guided award-winning storytelling across multiple platforms. With more than two decades of experience in content strategy and leadership, Jes brings both rigor and creativity to every project she undertakes. Outside of work, she is a passionate hockey player and a Master Gardener in training, pursuits that reflect her energy, curiosity, and commitment to growth, on and off the ice.
 
															Lianne Seykora
Head of Special Projects
Lianne Seykora is the Head of Special Projects at ADB Insights, where she leads strategic initiatives across forums, workshops, and digital programs.
With a background in translation, editorial production, and strategic partnerships, Lianne brings a blend of linguistic precision and creative insight to her role. Before joining ADB Insights, she led the English-language team at Cartier et Lelarge, oversaw translation projects at Anglocom, and gained editorial and production experience at Rethink.
 
															Lucy Saddleton
Managing Editor
Lucy Saddleton is the managing editor at ADB Insights where she leads content development strategies across all platforms (events, online programs, roundtables and publications).
Lucy researches and writes articles and social media content to promote events and drive engagement to the Legal Innovation Forum platforms, and she engages and works with speakers for forums and webinars.
Prior to joining ADB, Lucy spent five years at Key Media where she worked as a writer and editor for Canadian Lawyer’s print and online publications. She also has experience producing business conferences and writing for business publications in Canada and the UK.
 
															Mayte Blanchard
Strategy + Operations Manager
Mayte Blanchard is the Strategy + Operations Manager – Head of Live Events at ADB Insights, where she leads the planning, marketing, and execution of all in-person initiatives, as well as The Legal Innovation Forum Podcast.
She oversees content, sponsorship engagement, and audience experience to ensure each live event delivers maximum impact and meaningful connections. Prior to joining ADB, Mayte spent six years in marketing-driven roles at international companies, managing mass consumption products, and has experience producing audiovisual media and conducting investigative research for social studies.
 
															Mariana De La Torre
Strategy + Operations Manager
Mariana De La Torre is the Strategy + Operations Manager – Head of Digital at ADB Insights, where she leads the strategy, design, and execution of all digital initiatives across webinars, online content, and the Legal Innovation Forum website.
Blending a background in Art History with an MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, they bring a mix of creative vision and analytical expertise to the role. Their work spans digital marketing, content strategy, and data-driven project design—focused on building innovative online solutions that drive engagement and measurable impact.
 
															Sofia Paredes
Administrative Assistant
Sofia Paredes is the Administrative Assistant at ADB Insights, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing communications, and facilitating collaboration across the team.
Sofia supports the CEO and team members, oversees daily office needs, and manages various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Prior to joining ADB Insights, Sofia worked as an accountant, a position that helped her develop a strong understanding of organizational processes and sharpen her problem-solving abilities. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, maintaining a keen attention to detail, and continuously streamlining workflows to drive improvement.
