The discussion will address the critical balance between fast-tracking project development and respecting Indigenous and other stakeholder rights, highlighting best practices for meaningful consultation and partnership in the wake of Bill C-5. Panelists will also provide insights into effectively navigating the disputes landscape in the global mining sector. Finally, the session will cover strategies for funding projects in Canada and abroad, including how Canadian governments are innovating to support the industry.
